Despite the challenge of drought in 2021, the Pinot Noir vineyards at our Domaine Eden site gave us an average yield. Luckily, our vines are well established so they have developed a deep root system over the years, allowing them to thrive even in extreme years.
The aromas are youthful and vibrant with curry spice, cardamom and strawberry scents. Medium-bodied, the flavors continue the aromas with notes of raspberry and mountain forest (reflecting the woods surrounding the vineyard.)
This Pinot Noir will pay dividends with continued aging.
