This is our nineteenth offering from this vineyard, the oldest in Edna Valley. Completely barrel fermented and aged in French and American oak, it is an entire expression of this unique site. White peach, honeysuckle and pear aromas are the first impression in the nose. Rich in texture, icy clean, melon-apple flavors abound.

Yield: 3.5 tons per acre (140 tons total purchase)

Numbers @ Harvest: 24.6° Brix, 3.32 pH, 8.8 grams acidity

Barrel Regimen: 50-50 French and American 1-4 years old; 100% barrel fermented with full malolactic
